The self-contained apartment with a romantic atmosphere is a 35-square-meter independent thatched cottage with a separate entrance in the Öko-ART style, perfect for 2 adults and a small child, even for a weekend getaway. (double bed + extra bed/baby bed).

We separated a 35 m2 part from the large barn, which was designed as an independent apartment. Bar counter with barstools and mischievous lighting. With a coffee corner, from which you can see directly onto the pool and the huge garden.

With a bathroom with a toilet, sink and spacious shower. Induction hobs, coffee maker, refrigerator, water heater, sink, fully equipped kitchen. With a comfortable double bed, extra soft blankets. With separate wardrobe rooms, separate covered terrace and garden furniture. The house is equipped with modern heating and is also suitable for people with paws.

In the apartment and in most of the lobby, the Wi-Fi is extra strong, and the TV offers 50 channels. Do you want to listen to music? The portable streaming speaker is waiting for you. From September to the end of May, the apartment can be rented independently of the mansion, i.e. the Residence.
